All past dated flight mileage requests should be sent through the Mileage Credit form.

Refunds

Within 24 hours of purchase and more than 7 days from departure: All tickets may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Beyond 24 hours from purchase OR booking was made within 7 days of travel: Tickets are non-refundable, unless the WORKS was purchased at the time of initial booking. Non-refundable tickets may be changed or cancelled. A change or cancellation fee may apply and the remaining value of your ticket can be held as a credit to apply toward the purchase of a future ticket.

The WORKS purchase: The WORKs purchase is fully refundable. Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure. For cancellations made within the 24 hour time frame, a cancel fee will apply.
